Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must:

Refunds

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but typically take between 4–5 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking information.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.


International Orders

VitalSkin Wellness proudly serves customers across Europe and selected international destinations. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country. Shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes are generally non-refundable.
